I like the way Microsoft is going, I have Win 10 and a kick ass PC and just bought their xbox game pass for PC. Despite slow as shit download speeds, all the cross platform XBOX to PC games like Gears 5 and FF XV play really well. And letting players decide if they want to stick with XBONE a bit longer, or play on their newest console or play on their PC and have access to the same game library across all platforms makes a lot of sense.

Definitely doing better than they were in 2013 when they first revealed the XBONE. What a disaster that was.

Absolute train wreck. I'd never seen a brand alienate and piss off their core consumer worse to this day.

Remember when they said you wouldn't be able to share games? LOL

Combine that with the push for backwards compatibility and it looks like Microsoft is doing some good.

I have a 360 and an Xbox one, and a win 10 PC. My PC is so superior to the xbone. So I know how they play and look. As for this new series X, CPU-wise it sounds good. But an 8x increase in graphics over xbone seems inadequate and will not be good long term. I don't know about flops and all but if they want to future proof it for a few years then they really need to be designing in the equivalent of a Nvidia 1660 or so now.

I'm hyped either way. The industrial design is sexy af too.
