They claim "lack of use" even though people on the Japanese and Korean side make heavy use of it, and their options now are to rely on the awful auto-translations or pay a third party to do it for them. Can't imagine they're going to take this news well.

Maybe Japanese and Korean people would start leaving youtube for another site, who knows?

This is a bad move from youtube, and I don't really get how the community captions feature is "spam or abuse"
