What is your concern? The only thing I saw in your image was cloudflare. While I don't particularly like their politics or past actions they are a very common solution

It says I've visited the site more than 3500 times, I only joined ruqqus a little over a month ago. edit: thus I'm hoping that something is pushing that number up (that isn't me haha, otherwise, I think I have a problem lol)
