I haven't owned a console since the PS3. Sony has been shitty to everyone for decades and now MS paid more for Bethesda that Sony is worth as a company. Over the next few years I think MS is going to be in a position to offer a lot more content. But knowing MS, they'll get greedier and screw up what made those companies successful, but it's still not good news for Sony unless they change their ways. Personally I loathe monthly fees and the inability to avoid the internet...my wife just likes single player RPGs and has zero interest in multiplayer games....so it's been a gaming PC for the past few years and she loves it. Upgrading to a 3070 will give her better performance and Epic alone giving away free games has meant $0 spent on AAA titles. Why would I buy a console today?
