I dont think people recognize how different, sophisticated, and successful this attack group is. These guys are getting like 90% of their ransoms paid, and theyre going from healthcare system to healthcare system and systematically taking them offline. These guys are fucking blackhat Gods.

BTC isn't fungible. what do you do with 99 BTC from a ransom if everyone will find out and blacklist the address?
