Can we get a copy paste? I'm not sure why you would post a paywalled link no one can read.

This appears to be the same thing, but actually readable without buying a subscription: https://headtopics.com/us/strict-ndas-reveal-how-facebook-controls-messaging-business-insider-16185191 > Strict Facebook NDAs reveal how the company bars some of its ad agencies from speaking about it and even confirming public information That's different from the title here, and doesn't sound nearly as bad. > Facebook's contracts with some of its ad agencies have a nondisclosure clause that prevents them from discussing any aspect of the company's business, even if that information is already public.Industry insiders say the language is stricter than most client contracts but that it doesn't apply to most larger and holding company-owned agencies that have more financial leverage. So they like to be on the stricter end of what the industry normally does, and larger agencies are better able to push back on that. That really doesn't sound like there's much to see here, at least for those of us not in the ad agency industry.
