I understand why this upsets people, but I've been an iPhone user since the 3GS. I have more chargers and earbuds than I need. I've actually given a couple of pairs away. You'd be surprised how many people in this day & age don't need another 5v USB charger. It's shitty for the people that don't, but think about the percentage of people who've already got spare iPhone accessories laying around vs. new first time buyers. Apple is nothing if not profit savvy.

i'm curious on how much of a % of apple users don't either have a) A 3$ charger they've had for every single electronic device in the last 10 years b) A USB port This salt is just title hate IMO.

Yeah, that's not F'd up at all. 2020, just when you thought you'd seen it all. There is absolutely zero justification that I'd accept for not getting a damn charger for a device this expensive. Apple margins just widened the gap even farther.

They probably should’ve knocked $20 off the price because that’s what the 20W USB-C charger wall unit costs. It’s ultimately not a big deal, but the optics aren’t great.
