I'm not thrilled about the price increase. Hopefully the non-X variants are closer to their counterparts from last gen. I've always been an AMD fan, and not because they were the underdog but because the $/performance at the price points they were positioned. I'm being unreasonable I know and AMD deserves the premium, I just hope they don't stray too far from what made me a fan in the first place.

Long enough to make a *very* custom loop by attaching a 360 rad to the artificial kidney! Pump is included so I got that one going for me which is nice! Just have to be careful to keep fluid temps below 40C otherwise blood coagulates and game over.

Are they really better than Intel? I work in Matlab a lot and found that AMD was painfully slow. Thus, I stuck with Intel i9 in my most recent build. I am wondering if (1) Intel still smokes AMD for matrix operations and (2) if AMD is really that much better for other things like video editing?
