I wonder if the current hype around AI will end up like the dotcom bubble burst, where suddenly everyone just looks around and asks what the hell we're spending all this money on.
AI is obviously very promising and could revolutionize a lot of industries, but a lot of early adopters may need to sink more resources into it than its worth.
Oh okay. Are you telling me that customer service chat bots that basically just act as searchable FAQs aren't worth all the ai hype? If so I don't know what to tell you.
