Italians are after the cash, they can't be that retarded. Everybody knows that water resistant is not water proof and conditions matter.

There are so many shitty things Apple does. Seems real dumb to fine them over marking their phones (accurately) as water resistant. They even list the water resistance rating in the phone spec-sheets.... Edit: Though it is possible they had an ad that showed it being subjected to water amounts that it isn't speced for.
