I dunno, he seems to be acting like he's nervous and being very careful about what he's saying. I'm not a fan, but I don't see his question about "concern" to be about not knowing the definition of the word, just not knowing what the interviewer is meaning by the word. Concern that the browser will be a competitor? Concerned that a browser has security flaws? Concerned that a browser would kill his wife? If you blindly answer questions in a deposition, it will come back to bite you in the ass. Maybe he had personal concerns that had nothing to do with his business. If he answers yes he had a concern, they'll use it as evidence of a business concern.
In legal proceedings, the *only* friend you have is your own attorney. Be *very* careful how you answer questions and that the entire meaning of the question is known before you give an answer which may be used against you.
