Already have my DT770 from the closed back category. Zero latency, infinite "battery life" and new velure pads cost $25 instead of $60 or whatever Apple charges. And they cost a fraction overall as well. Other than a fashion item I don't understand what these cans are aiming to be. And I say that as a Mac user who can appreciate Apple products where they are superior.
