I'll mention that if you want to see if you can get access to Starlink's beta program, Starlink's website has a section where you can put your details down to see if you can get access - It's likely though only areas with higher altitudes will be able to get it for the moment, but with the launching of more Starlink Satellites that should change pretty soon :)
