Any recommendation on an exchange that allows trades between cryptos (ideally including stablecoins) but doesn't require giving any personal information?

Yea, that seems to be the best option from a few hours of googling, but it looks like a bit of a pain to get set up on.

Weev keeps most of his money in Monero. That's all the reason you need.
