He doesn't want to regulate them while they're still licking his asshole. We'll have to wait till Harris calls for a mass medical records doxx on all dissidents or something, and the tech giants go, "Eeee, that's illegal and we don't really want to do that."

Hold up. You think theyll go eehh? Over here in Canada, our government demanded cell phone companies give up our data (due to covid) so they can see how many people are travelling around Toronto based on cell phone tracking. Bell, Rogers and Telus evidently folded over and gave them everything.
