This is a shot fired across the bow at the decentralized internet. When we will have to be the original uploaders of our own content and mirrors for those that can't get on AWS or other hosts then upload will be all important, This ISP is the first in what I guess will be a long line to reduce uploading, to stifle bad opinions.
