A good data recovery software? 📦

A 32gb sd card I have got corrupted. Is there any good recovery software (preferably one that's easy to crack) to recover the files? Also, many files were in obscure formats, can I recover them?

I have used [PhotoRec](https://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec) on magnetic hard disks with severe head crash to recover photo, video, and document files with very little effort. It does only recover specific types of media and document files. However, since you're dealing with an SD card, its a fair assumption that PhotoRec could recover the type of files that are typically stored on SD media.

Is it free?

Oh yeah, it's GPL licensed.
