This seems like a very loose definition of 3D printing. I think they mean: automated construction. For those that are unaware, prefab homes have been a big deal for a long time, but they have been seen as homes for poor people. But when snobs walk into the new prefab homes, they don't even realize that they are in rooms or entire houses that were delivered by truck. If you are planning to build a cabin in a remote area, prefab is really the only sensible way to go.

They should 3d print with drones. Surround the foundation with a 100 magnet things so it can GPS itself and go to work
