Best picture editor for mobile, Which one do you use?

I already use **Snapseed** and **PicsArt** but I believe am missing something. Snapseed is good for picture tuning but not good for text insertion. PicsArt also good all in one picture editor and includes all other features but same issue here. I sometimes edit images for meme purpose (inserting texts) but none is helpful. What are your *recommendations*? Let me know.

Unfortunately no. But good filters for phone and you can add text if you make it as a story. I'll make the pic how I want it, save, then never post.
