Not when we already had one invented in 01 and it still hasn't gone anywhere. Politics, regressive progressives, and red tape will always stop advancement. That and the fact that just under half of people that drive crash regularly. Though I do think company, emergencies vehicles, and utilities cars could use this if we ever get there.

i fucking doubt it, people have a hard enough time driving with two axis of movement, a third would just exacerbate stupid drivers.
