This is the sort of rubbish that stops hobbyists from being able to boot their own custom OSs. It is best if we send a message to Microsoft that we do not want this.

Most AMD Ryzen motherboards should have the option to enable "AMD fTPM". This is a slightly less secure "software" based TPM, instead of a physical module - but it should still allow for an upgrade to windows 11 when the time comes, if you want to. It also allows for BitLocker encryption. Intel has one too, ~~but I can't for the life of me think of what it's called in most intel bios'es.~~ look for a setting labelled PTT.
