Someone made a comment about North Korean cuisine and I jokingly said “It’s people I tell you!” That was enough. I didn’t realize at the time the sun mods actually take the sub seriously and promote moving to NK and heavily regulate any criticism of the NK government…. Actually very fitting for a NK sub

Wait wait wait… that sub Reddit isn’t a giant shit post ?

Haha I want to check it out as well

Reddit becomming the dictators first choice.

Nope. I made the mistake of assuming that lol. You get banned for criticizing the North Korean government or North Korea itself and are only allowed to post positive things about NK or ask genuine questions about moving there. A lot of people post serious sounding posts but in a joking way, like basically making clear propaganda but in a clear “this is over the top propaganda” kind of way because that’s the closest you can come to actually shitting on NK

Well I don’t see anything wrong with this. Glorious North Korea is the pinnacle of Human development. Nobody’s fat (Kim is just big boned) and They even care so much about the planet they turn their country off at night. We should all just move there at this rate .🦸 🇰🇵

Not sure I’d this would get you banned over there or if they’d accept it as allowable propaganda lol It’s hard to know the border

I just made a joke in their weekly discussion post. We'll see how it goes for the mods of Derpy Kim's Rock Kollection.

It's either the best shit post I've ever seen, or they are serious. And it seems like the latter because they called somebody asking a serious question "refreshing and a breath if fresh air."

It seems like a shitpost sub the way most of the comments read, but I’m not surprised if mods take it seriously. Reddit mods pretend this is a real job

Just call it Soylent green next time instead of people

They’re just preparing you for life in NK

Fun fact: I once said on a now-deleted reddit account that we should emulate Anton Chigurh by coin tossing to determine if a person should be executed or not and yet I didn’t get banned for it. If anything, I got a few upvotes for it. Either the folks there didn’t know who that was or they genuinely liked the idea.
