Your complaint is that we banned you for a subjective reason. There's nothing saying we can't do that. And no, we don't need to like your name, but we're also free to ban you for it if we feel like it.

Edit: Also, no alts here. Not sure why you would think me showing up here is an indication that I have an alt. You were sending stupid modmail, so I checked your account history and saw this post. No big mystery.
There are plenty of people online that regularly delete and restart accounts. It's considered Internet safety. Simply watching your mean girls clique over in legal advice tear up a posters question due to their post history was enough proof for me.

I never said anything about you creating a new account, either. I think you're getting me confused with /u/StillUnderTheStars, who is the other person you're arguing with.
Everyone who disagrees with him is the same person. It's shocking that anyone could possibly not see things his way, but it's simply not possible that two people could disagree with him.
The fact that you're here moments after you subjectively banned me because you didn't like my name speaks for itself.
Now, this isn't your subreddit and I will gladly tell you about yourself. While its very entertaining to watch there have been a few posters recently that have been treated so poorly after they've expressed being in crisis that I've wondered if the mods are trying to cause suicides.
While I'm at it, since I'm already banned let me tell you that I may or may not still view legal advice but if I see that shit I will be calling the police rather than pming the poster the mod verbally abused a crisis hotline number.
A) I didn't ban you, /u/StillUnderTheStars did.
B) Me showing up here is no mystery. Like I explained, you were sending stupid modmail, so I checked your account history and found this post right at the top. Maybe you're confused about how modmail/ban messages work. If you respond to the ban message, it's sent as modmail, not as a PM to the mod who banned you.. The entire moderation team can see modmail, and I just happened to be the one to respond to your ban reply.
C) Don't get the /r/bestoflegaladvice mod team confused with the /r/legaladvice mod team. I am part of the former, and we are quite separate. Obviously we each participate in the comments of each sub, but we are moderated separately.
D) I have no idea whether or not you were banned from /r/legaladvice. But I don't really care if you were or not, since I'm not a mod there.
I thought it was more their safe space. Because they don't even allow a discussion. There's no weighing of pros or cons, usually very little or poor explaining, and always deleting the opposition.
It's disturbing. Making mistakes is how we learn. Asking questions and learning from other people's mistakes can be both educational and fun. That subreddit is like a reality show.
Following the procedure on the ban to reply is stupid? You should let the admins know you feel that way. I don't really care about you either.
However Reddit as a whole has a right to see how it's r/legaladvice and r/bestoflegaladvice mods consider the policies and procedures of appealing a ban to be stupid.

Replying to the ban message isn't in itself stupid. Saying "Subjective banning?! Fuck that noise" is stupid. As is saying "Fuck off" when a mod asks you where it says we can't ban you over something subjective.
Generally speaking, saying "Fuck off" when responding to a mod is a stupid thing to do unless you want to remain banned.
Clearly you understood the words. Did I not make myself clear? How wrong of me! I thought for sure the words, " fuck off" communicated my intent to be done with interactions with anyone associated with that account.

Again. This isn't your subreddit and you just shared mod mail. In this particular case it doesn't bother me, just doesn't say good things about what your mod team considers professional.
I would appreciate it if you kept it moving. I have expressed myself to you, you are aware of my feelings and you've made me aware that you're content with the subjective ban.
I don't wish to be part of a subreddit that finds that to be acceptable behavior. I don't wish to be associated with people that find censorship acceptable.
