That user has been banned repeatedly for vote manipulation and ban evasion. He used to be /u/barawo33 and then /u/PolarpopsK.

Got banned for calling them out for using their Discord to manipulate post to the front page. Go through their top of all time, mainly the same accounts each time and most of them are suspended.
