AskT_D is a good idea for a subreddit to accompany T_D, the problem is it's extremely rare for a user trying to defend T_D's positions to post verifiable facts. *And* they also tend to censor discussion.

I think u/sneakpeekbot has some good examples already posted in this thread. All three of those links contain some interesting and thought provoking discussion and facts. The problem is those unbiased facts are buried within obviously biased youtube videos and twitter infographics that are in no way verifiable.

A tiny comment thread with umteen bazillion upvotes doesn't just *look suspicious*, it is obvious abuse of the voting system,
completely out of whack with anything like organic voting, and with a deafening silence from the admins.
Then there are all the tiny, tiny subs that are abused, with upvotes to a post *FAR above the actual member count*,
used to get Shareblue & Co propaganda to the top of /all. They burn one tiny sub and move on to the next.
That crap started after the admins put their curated list in as a the default replacement for /all.
Both examples of blatant abuse against reddit's (very selectively enforced) rules, go on with full admin support. :(

It's like they pay people to constantly search comments and posts for terms like ShareBlue or CTR and then report whatever they find to management, who in turn schedules the material for mass downvoting
Because they're a bunch of nerd virgins who never see sunlight or have a drink or get laid
I don't think any reasonable person could deny that there is botting, and groups that are paid to influence discussion on reddit. But here the mods are taking action against it, as they likely try do with all posts that are manipulated. If they've shown they're doing that there, you have to assume they're at least trying to remedy the problem, and that they found no evidence of such manipulation in many of the top scoring posts, meaning most that upvoted were actual people who didn't like Trump (there are a lot of them).

Their (corrupt mods) problem, and reddit admin's problem, is that it has become ALL too obvious, and people are getting tired of their blatant shitting on, and selective enforcement of, sub and reddit-wide rules of conduct.
hundreds of thousands... thousands are all thats needed, if that. Reddit isnt actually that big, especially with upvote engagement. and anyway, its well known people go with the crowd, so by changing it even a little it quite quickly becomes a self upvoting behavior. I.e. just look at someone who has been downvoted even to -1. No matter how nice the post it, or accurate, or in the right area it is always likely to be downvoted to oblivion
Shareblue & Co, or various corporate shilling operations, are quite capable of making that -10 with a quickness.
MUCH bigger problem than a simple -1. They can downvote a comment to hidden status faster than the comments can be read.
Often such brigades result in the more worthy comment being deleted under pressure of the deluge of downvotes.
Especially on false-flag posts they were responsible for in the first place, (a common M.O. for these shady organizations).

Everyone is botting. In fact it wouldn't even be incomprehensible to me, especially considering how many bots are required for this, if opposing sides ended up hiring the same groups to do their dirty work. You can buy any type of internet karma nowadays-- gb likes, Twitter follows, and apparently Reddit upvotes. That's why it's stupid to get invested in the internet drama at all. Political propaganda is a multi-million dollar industry, it does untold damage to so many social media sites, reddit included, as well as the MSM "news" outlets.
This propaganda is hugely one-sided: supporting DNC, left, rad-fem, domestic terrorists like antifa and BLM, and very much anti-trump. They rule reddit and so many others.
To assert otherwise, to even attempt to assert that the "sides" are in any way comparable, against any clear and objective observation of actual events, is just more propaganda.
If you think both sides aren't using propaganda, you're deeply underestimating how much faith people have in their own views. Which given by your ridiculous assessment of the situation, is really ironic because you clearly think your sides virtues means they can do no wrong
