Politics finally banned me after 6+ years. The comment that did it was actually agreeing with what was being discussed too.

Weird that this post is downvoted on the sub. Yea, I'm surprised they've kept me on as long as I've been. I'm banned from r/news for arguing politics - how fun. I wish I'd saved the comment that got me banned - they didn't even say. https://i.imgur.com/gkZlRfX.png

can we see it for kek value?

It was around the time of the recent Georgia arbortion law and people were discussing *the poophole-loophole* (even though that's a virginity joke) as legit form of birth control, so I chimed in with half of a Doug Stanhope quote, "Ladies, if you want to be childless and promiscuous for the first decade of your adult life, [you better strengthen up your shit-pussy, baby (@3:37)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dT1AHDjzcsQ&feature=youtu.be&t=217)."

OMFG that is one of the best lines I've ever heard.

Likewise, funny enough, but 5 years for me

I got banned too for good.... It seems they are ramping up for 2020 and if the Google leaks tells us anything that Reddit isn't the only one.

Yeah and people need ditch gmail and get their own mail server elsewhere. With their crap, they probably have emails that are right leaning go to spam

Fuck both of those subs and their tyrannical mods.
5
There's nothing inherently good about democracy, people vote for something and don't get it anyways. I would rather things get done
6
I'd rather the government start getting rid of laws and allowing more freedom personally. Seems to me everybody else is screaming for less freedom.
3
The ones screaming for new laws want to also be exempt from said laws and just have more power to control everyone else.
3
Freedom to do what exactly? Society is going to radically change for the worse in our lifetimes and lolbert want to be able to do drugs legally to ignore the reality of what is happening outside of their private property I understand that perspective as an ex libertarian/Ancap, freedom is good but it can't be the only value of a society, what good has increases in social freedom done in the past 60 years? A monarch /dictatorship would be preferable but you'd have to hope you get a competent one. We just need leaders who are nationalist and sincere rather than puppets who sell out to globalists for personal gain

I think we agree on things dude. I'm concerned about gun laws and taxes more than anything. Someone could vote away half my earnings under the delusion that the U.S. government is going to save the planet and give everyone great healthcare that's "free."
1
What good are your guns if you will never use them for their intended purpose anyways. I am pro gun but when has it stopped the govt from passing unconstitutional laws or changing the constitution

The threat is ever present
1
Holy shit lol. Well the one good thing about not having democracy would be that people like you couldn’t vote. Jeeesus
-1
You'd rather things get done, just as long as it's all the other fools that get tread into the dirt to bring progress, and not you. Sound great!
2
I'm a neo reactionary, not a progressive.

“Obama was president for 8 years and we didn’t have a break down” Weren’t bible bashers calling him the antichrist? And part of al kaida? Hahaha come on mate
-3
Yea this sub is mostly full of the mouth-breathing “Internet conservatives” who are breathtakingly uninformed. It’s like the 8 years of accusing Obama of being from Kenya and losing their shit over tan suits never happened. Not sure why I’m subbed
-3
Me neither as a massive lefty. It’s nice to have a peek into the other echo chamber once in a while.

True, but these were a minority mostly given a voice due to the attention it got from the left. Also very little social media presence.
6
Dude nobody took them seriously come on. You guys legitimately believe all Trump supporters are white supremacists.
-2
Your president basically LED the birther movement. I think he still argues that Obama's not a citizen. And of course liberals don't think *all* Trump supporters are white supremacists, the generally consensus is that trump supporters are either horrifically uninformed and/or will vote for any republican

Not really my party just wayyy better than the other guys, and a link to some opinion articles doesn’t do anything for me.

That's how I feel about republican policy. What democratic policy do you like?
