I made [r/2019COVID](https://www.reddit.com/r/2019COVID/) two days ago when I saw a swarm of sensible post from legit sources got taken down. Im the only mod and I won't delete any post and I urge you to make a screenshot of your post after posting if you think reddit might take it down, and dm me if it has happen. I'll post my findings directly.

Hate speech is protected under free speech.

Hate speech doesn't exist. Actionable calls to violence are what are unprotected. Any laws regulating speech beyond that and it's not freedom of speech. Of course, Reddit most definitely does not have freedom of speech or anything even close to it.

Remember not to engage with obvious alt accounts of a racist. Hell, take a look at the front page of this sub /r/RedditCensors or /r/chinareddits and you can find some of the names on the list still on the front page posting similar bullshit. A list off the top of my head: 1. Posting in the same time zone. 2. Same type of submissions, karma-farming tactics, same fake news. 3. Age of the account extremely disproportionate with karma from submissions. Extremely active account, like 15k karma in less than a month old. 4. Similar made-up "character setting". Apparently the OP is a self-proclaimed MD-PhD, last account is some persecuted LGBT university flunky. You will find he will eventually contradict his setting sooner or later because it's utterly irrelevant and just an excuse to shitpost longer before being banned again by admins. He has also pretended to be Jewish, Taiwanese, a woman etc. 5. Visits the same consistent subs with few new ones. 6. Submits posts/conversations by his other alts to /r/bestof or /r/worstof or other subs to circlejerk. 7. Old accounts pass down modding rights to his new accounts on his personal subreddits. 8. Same extremely specific "denial of having an alt but even if he had one it doesn't matter". 9. Same pathological need to lie even if it takes minimal effort to prove he's full of shit, since facts don't matter to racist trolls. Same nonsensical troll logic like "I can't be racist because I'm a liberal/ethnic minority". The fact that reddit admins have suspended his accounts 29+ times should have made it clear that he never learns.
