They banned you for spamming and commenting on leaks (illegal activity) you broke sub rules and they told you it wasn’t an accident right in your messages.

So they did it on purpose? Idk... even so, I wasn’t “ban evading” I was trying to trade my account that was banned because I like this username better. And if sub rules= silence they should be expecting a change in leadership soon enough...

I wasn’t trying to escape the ban, at that point I knew my account had to be banned. I was just asking nicely if they would move it to another account so I could still comment and post on the account they banned since I like the name better. I would have still been banned on my spare account, which I think is fair for a first time offense.

I really don’t understand how it’s not clear to you that that’s the definition of ban evasion. That’s unquestionably trying to circumvent a ban and very likely to get your other account banned as well.
