Mod message on that thread: I don't want to be one to question u/CHAD_J_THUNDERCOCK, but I need confirmation that this change was made recently. If the admins made that edit back when they removed half of the TD mod team, then there were merely being gaslighting trolls. If they removed it since Floyd, then we know they're endorsing the widespread threats against police on their site. EDIT: The admins are merely gaslighting users. The Wayback Machine shows that the first message existed on [October 3rd, 2019](https://web.archive.org/web/20191003190110/https://www.reddit.com/r/the_donald), but it had been changed to the current message by [November 21st, 2019](https://web.archive.org/web/20191121183851/https://www.reddit.com/r/The_Donald/). This change, therefore, has nothing to do with the recent protests. Try to read other than title

Oh I see. I just realized that comment. Still very very convenient for them, considering they aren't applying similar treatment to all the other subs that The\_Donald supposedly got quarantined for, which was a point made in the reply to that comment.

Unless... Reddit admins are secretly the elite who've been orchestrating all this, and they knew about the then-upcoming riots back in November. /s

Reddit's sniffer doesn't waste any time does it, comment control narrative activate.

The only thing that was actually shocking about TheDonald being censored was how long it took them to do it. They moved to .win when the mods realized the take over was imminent.

Didn't they quarantine it because of the constant rule breaking that sub did?

No. They quarantined it to suppress and harass the users. If the rules were applied equally several of the larger subreddits like politics, pics, videos etc would need to be banned for inciting violence.

I remember that time. A lot of subs wanted it banned because the sub broke a lot of rules. I don't remember anything about violence, but if you wanna mention other subs /r/watchpeopledie was also banned as well. By your example I did not find any incentivize of violence on pics, politics and videos.

Name a rule they broke.

Oh I see you're a sheep, that makes sense now.

I can't wait for the salt mining when orange man stays potus for another 4 years. You all really are working hard to help get him elected and you can't even fucking see that you are the root of the problem.

Still didn't list a rule they broke...

Well, the violent content that got you the ban in the first place perhaps? One I could remember was the moderators abusing stickies to get their posts on the frontpage (thoughnot a rule break still something the admins dont approve).
