So I had 3 of my comments removed without explanation. One of them wasn't even about a third party (The People's Party) but a YouTube video on AOC's recent NYT interview. I messaged the mods and they told me that I was not allowed to promote/talk about third parties. This is not listed as a rule in the sidebar. In the meantime, I posted my comment in a mirror thread since SFP removed mine (which is what I said) and I thought it should be read. I did that but who knows if it will do anything. I've heard mods can do whatever they want and unless they break reddit rules then no one will do anything

There is, in fact, a moderator reddiquette. They're supposed to explicitly state why you were banned and give you a chance to repeal your ban. About 3 moderators that have banned me from subs have actually done this. Reddit needs a fucking coup to purge the dogshit mods

Unfortunately the admins pretty much completely ignore those, as they have been ignoring mod abuse for the full history of reddit. After using that mod report form you get an automated email saying they don't do anything.

At least you got an explanation. I was banned for seemingly saying we need to make sure we hold Biden accountable but I'll never know because when I asked why I was muted. Never got any response I don't know which mod banned me
