It's pretty obvious that the admins have double standards. I've found far worse comments than that and the people posting them are still active.

Places like r/collapse are literally advocating for violently overthrowing the government and carrying out vigilante justice and *this* is the shit that gets people banned. I hate that this is most active community forum, and hope someday we can have a more sane place to gather

You’re the one who’s run wild with it. r/Collapse isn’t a political subreddit or a place for advocacy. Subreddit members discuss systemic issues and often place them inside an historic context. Do you see any difference between commentary about last and likely future events and explicit calls for violence? Your argument is essentially, being sympathetic (for instance) to BLM is indistinguishable from protesting.

Reducing your argument is more like twisting it in this case. The mods are clearly in the wrong. It would be easy have to have a dialogue about it, but they got censored, because they prefer authoritarian measures to civilized discussion. Your tricks aren't going to work here in a sub where we specifically watch out for those kinds of manipulations.

Lol u can just check it by pinging that powermod in any sub yourself and watch your account get a 3 day ban. This exactly happened to me years ago. The mod scrapes for his own username, and reports any mention of his name to the admins (even if it's not a ping)
