Permabanned for r/Witcher without explanation...

I posted https://np.reddit.com/r/witcher/comments/uj9o7h/happy_birthday_to_our_witcher_henry_cavill a day ago. I was banned around 3 hours later seemigly. I received no explanation why I was banned. I saw the pic over at the netflix sub and thought to share it at witcher. I now see the same pic is posted twice (also a day ago) to r/witcher by the same user and they're still up, so perhaps my post was a repost? So they are permanently banning people over a accidental reposts? FYI I am a fan of the book series, PC game and the show. I have messaged the mods but no reply back. Edit: A mod replied that they mistook me for a spam bot and then unbanned me. A welcome surprise.

At this point, I can only assume it is because of "wrongthink" as you post or interact with a subreddit one or more of the mods dislike.

It is not wise to have positive hopes for basement dwelling internet power trippers.

Doesn't seem to be a case of wrong think here. Probably the repost aspect, but I don't know why it wouldn't be stated. By the way, r/wiedzmin is for fans of the books. That's somewhere you can still participate.
