Right? The USA is the only place in the world with free speech. The websites based inside it should have to follow that standard as well.
Imo, it's a basic human right. One precious few people have.

Well they say only 2 types of people go after power.
The egocentrics who think they're right regardless of what anyone says and want to be in control and have power over other because they feel they deserve it.
And the much more rare type that get so fed up with the incompetence of the previous kind of people that they try to get power so they can ensure things actually work like they're supposed to.
One of the problems is that the first type like to pretend to be the second type. But you can always tell by their track record.
A senator, representative, Mayor, or governor, that runs for a higher office while their state is in shambles and can't even balance a budget because of the rampant corruption?
That's the first type for sure.

I already did. As soon as I saw they sent me this I left. I was subbed to try and keep people from being entirely misinformed by others of malicious and tyrannical intent.
I see someone else posted an example of the r/outoftheloop mods being terrible.
It's a shame fascists got control of such an important subreddit.

I got a genuine chuckle out of this one.
The guy who replied to my comment got his comment removed AND a ban. It said, "The mods on every subreddit are on a power trip."
Which certainly is true for /r/outoftheloop

That was the first subreddit I got banned from!
They looked at my history after I made a pretty innocent post and apparently I got reported as a Trump supporter and they subsequently banned me. But that was over a year ago.
