Comment on: /r/news mods remove a rule-abiding post with no explanation, then ban me after I politely ask why the post was removed. Quality moderating at its finest.
What you are thinking about is astrotrufing organizations. The Democrats use a few of them and they are very, **very** active on social media. Read up on Correct the Record, ShareBlue and Media Matters. These organizations only job is to circumvent democracy and fake grass-roots support for DNC talking points.

Hillary Clinton and the DNC have a contract with ShareBlue (formerly Correct the Record), an astroturfing organization that operates on social media and forums to push democrat talking points and suppress and censor anything critical about the democrat party. The democrat party started using Correct the Record in 2015, the *reported* budget for ShareBlue in 2018 was $40 million.
