Take over other people's phone leases and run it off their data. :^)
Bonus, since the company is cancelling it on YOU, they can't charge you an extra month. And you can always take over the lease at the beginning of the month so the last guy paid for that month. You'd effectively be running it for free. Keep it going long enough and you can make a "cellphone contract cancelling service" which just hosts your site on people's data and gets their contracts cancelled for them. In fact, if you automated it well enough you could make a crapton of monies.
