WATER IS WET. Why? Because if a water molecule is touching another water molecule (which is always the case) then it is making each other wet. If a water molecule is not touching another water molecule, then that is steam, and it is dry until it cools down and turns back into water, typically by hitting something, then it is now touching itself and becomings wet. WATER IS WET.
