I’m sorry for having an opinion you disagree with. I didn’t realise your petty paper thin patience would crack immediately at me daring to have a different opinion, and that you would be so overly emotional about it. After scrolling through TikTok and seeing hundreds of misogynistic videos from ‘modern feminists’, it’s hard to say that the meaning of it hasn’t been tainted over time. Definitions DO change over time, and I am a feminist in all the ways it used to mean, I believe in equality, sometimes so much, my partner calls me an idealist at times (though I believe it can only ever be an idealist that will be able to fix everything). But many of the louder voices these days wearing the tag ‘feminist’ these days have actually made me feel sick to my stomach. I mean, they are only the female equivalent to Andrew Tate, so it’s not like we don’t have Male versions, but both of those sides make me fucking sick, and neither of those sides will benefit either gender in the long term. These are just the differences I have personally witnessed and experienced recently, and I have noticed a change in how frequently I stumble across it.

This is just more proof that most modern ‘feminists’ have forgotten that ‘feminism’ isn’t and never was ‘man hating’ but always about equality. You log on to tik tok nowadays, and all ‘feminists’ seem to be wishing men dead and it’s disgusting. And making the gender divide wider through hatred and sour feelings, rather than ever fixing any of the problems.

Sure. Many millions would disagree entirely but you….thank god we have you to tell us where the real truth lies. I’m SURE that it’s just those reasons you provided, and NOTHING else comes into the equation whatsoever for any reason. 🙄

Dems aren’t great at all, but if you think dems do more damage than the republicans, and, say trump, who isn’t even in office and STILL managed to piss off EVERY ally of America with 1 monumentally stupid statement by even his standards, then you aren’t being impartial at all and clearly the hatred leans a little heavier on 1 side for you.
