You don't really know what that term means, do you? Because you're doing it right now. Nothing he said is against their rules. Banning someone for having an opinion on what they might be seeing in a picture is far closer to Nazi ideology than suggesting the Nazis in a picture are Federal agents. And no it doesn't distract from the issue, its an opinion about the issue.
