Be the change you want to see. If you want more freedom of expression, then become the type of moderator who allows more stuff. I'm modding a community of 80k people with 4 moderators and I currently spend probably like 5 minutes a day on that task. When your approach to modding is to give a lot of freedom of expression, you don't have to spend a lot of time weeding out any content you disagree with.

Just took a look over there and what the actual fuck? One post I read was of a woman who had been having an affair for 10 years. Then one day she sees a message on his phone of him texting a third woman and she feels betrayed. How can she be surprised that someone who's been cheating for 10 years, would cheat?
