Tip: ( From when I used to sprite for these kinds of stuff many years ago) You need to say up front what you intend to offer for compensation and your timelines. Models and textures are hundreds of hours of work even for a smallish project with no animations. You are more likely to attract someone of demonstratable talent if you post your terms clearly.

Back in MMORPG days, they used to have surveys you could do to earn in game money. I used to fail out because not target audience. Then one day, another user told me to get a online profile of an18-35 latina with 2 kids and use that. Totally worked, was glorious.
