Reddit Moderators are pathetic individuals. It is beyond absurd you were banned for that. Fuck Reddit. First time I've logged in in a few weeks. I'm out again. What an absolute fucking joke this site has become.

That's silly man. That wasn't inciting violence. It's beyond ridiculous being permanently banned for something as asinine as that.

Whatever they are they are certainly dishonest and should feel ashamed of themselves for stifling open and honest political debate in our country. Shame on them.

I'm sure the mods apply the rules fairly across both ends of the political spectrum. Yes, I'm sure that happens. /s

What a bunch of dishonest weasels. This is happening all over the Internet. Very similar tone and arguments used by the mods of /r/Canada. They won't allow "conspiracy theories". But only they can decide what a conspiracy theory is. Any criticism of our publicly funded news broadcaster CBC, and you're immediately banned. But Trump and his Russian Trolls? That's fine! Go ahead! Say whatever you want about that and you will never get banned. It's rules for some, and other rules for others.

The Canadian subreddits have been completely taken over by dishonest shitheads who are not even renfort l remotely interested in debating a point. It is pathetic. Plus, we are in an election cycle now. This is election tampering.

There are already multiple other subs created in response to this. /r/CanadaPolitics for the left and pedantic, /r/Metacanada for the right and pissed off, and /r/OnGuardForThee for the people who experience misplaced outrage and are confused about the world because they have been struck by a mental illness known as "extreme liberalism". Creating another sub isn't the point. The Canada subreddit is supposed to reflect views of Canadians. It does not do that. I don't mind if CanadaPolitics or OnGuardForThee censors me. It's pedantic and obnoxious, but I don't have any major qualms about it. Those subs were created to serve a certain particular circle jerk. They can have their sandbox. But Canada is my country. I am a Canadian citizen. I have just as much a right to speak in *my country's subreddit* as any other Canadian. Period. They should be forced to change their name. I suggest /r/TrudeauCircleJerk might be more appropriate. Or /r/CanadaCensored. Those would be more of an apt description. There is censorship in our country's subreddit, and it is absolutely reprehensible.

And then he locked the thread and permanently banned at least four users for the most egregious of reasons. The mods in /r/Canada are engaging in censorship.
