Welp, looks like C has fallen into second place as of August with Javascript at a dismal # 7.

I've seen other lists that say C is on top.

My guess would be they used 1 banana code monkeys to write it, using all the compiler options for buffer overflow checks, and didn't use any optimization flags.

Yeah, it's several times faster than MS zip function, but the 7z format compresses even better than zip.

I'm thinking they meant "seldom used" code, such as exceptions for rarely encountered errors which become much more frequent if they get a little help from a cracker.
