Comment on: I just discovered: InterPlanetary File System: IPFS Powers the Distributed Web
I hesitate to endorse IPFS because it feels like it would be ripe for big business/big government to apply content-based censorship or search nearby computers for "disallowed" files through CID requests. That being said, I suppose similar things could already happen with website names, and it's been resisted so far, so perhaps it's not too much to worry about or there are other creative solutions for those problems.

Comment on: The FBI’s honeypot Pixel 4a gets detailed in new report
It'd be cool to have a phone that actually has those privacy features easily useable. Secret alternate homescreens, stuff hidden in apps- like a spy phone or a super-incognito mode. You can never know if "secure" or "encrypted" stuff like that is actually secure unless it's all open source and you compile it yourself, though, and even then not really. It seems like every practical system that goes beyond your command line has some sort of exploit or backdoor due to incompetence or lying, like how Zoom falsely claimed end-to-end encryption.

Comment on: Twitch allowing sorting streamers by gender/race/nationality
If you're watching on desktop, there are browser extensions like Unwanted Twitch that allow you to block unwanted categories, streamers, etc.
