Why doesn’t Reddit pay mods? Like after a sub hits 500k or 1m subscribers, just pay people to not have any bias. The more subscribers, the more mods on that sub. All paid for full time work. Give them a little internal affairs department to make sure they don’t use emotions in their decisions. $522,400,000 for 2023 revenue.. it wouldn’t put a dent in profits but it could improve the platform immensely

I was permanently banned from that sub too, at one point it was one of my favorite subs. The mods there are a joke now
