It's not a free-speech sub, but it contributes to the diversity of speech on Reddit so I think banning it is the wrong thing to do.

On what grounds is he guilty of treason?
Insulting Rosie O'Donnell might be blasphemy but it doesn't meet the legal definition of treason.
