Why are you making claims when you also have no idea where you'd get the proof for those claims from?

Saw someone in the comments on a post in this sub a few days ago angry they got banned for telling someone to "kys". They are acting all confused and indignant that they couldn't tell someone that

Why is more diverse = not as skilled though? If a black person gets hired over a white person why is the reasoning immediately "it's cuz they're black" and not "they were more skilled"? You can look at performance over time and say "well the stats show that the quality is going downhill" but the only way you'd know that's due to forcing diversity over skill is by knowing who all the other applicants were at the time

How often can you prove the reason they got the job was solely because of their race though? Imagine all the work and effort you put into the subject being completely dismissed because you got a job as a black person instead of a white person getting the job. When you call someone a diversity hire you aren't saying "they aren't the best for the job" you're saying "the reason you have that job is because you're a minority" and that's fucked because it discounts the person entirely as if white people don't also lack skills and are rejected on that basis

You think Social Justice Jester is being genuine on a new account in a sub about being LGBT? Either you're new to reddit or you want something to be true even if it isn't

Defend themselves where? Why would they defend and explain themselves to someone who is *obviously* trolling? They aren't going to read what you say or actually consider the meaning behind you explaining it, they're gonna try and waste as much of your time and energy as possible before saying something like "lol I don't even care" before they make another alt and start again. If you're wondering why they aren't saying anything in the comments of this post, how could they know OP made this post without stalking them to make sure? Nobody is tagging them, so unless they frequent this sub the only way they'd be able to defend themselves here is if someone tells them this post was made to complain about them
