- It's there but reddit changed rules at least two times already to keep it off the front page. You'd think that t_d consistently reaching top means a good part of reddit agrees with it (democracy and all) but since reddit admins are severely anti-T, they cannot tolerate it.
- A previously paid feature - subreddit filtering - was made available for free specifically due to t_d.
- Something's fucky going on with subscriber counts as shown by the advertiser page. Numbers to advertisers are shown bigger than to subscribers. Even if it's just a global bug or something, t_d's number disparity is the biggest – 400k versus 6 million.
- Also, t_d is kept off r/popular but anti-T subs aren't.
All in all, reddit *would like* to remove t_d (there even were discord screenshots confirming it), but t_d got too big to fail. Reddit would need for t_d to somehow fuck up, bigly. That, or to plant "evidence" themselves. Knowing that Spez was editing people's comments willy nilly, anything's possible. While trying to label Pepe as a "hate symbol" is not reddit's work, it's one of the ways to do it. Remove t_d because it posts "racist" symbol, for example.
