I'm sorry but I'm going to have to strongly disagree with you as it is a persons intentions that determine whether or not someone is a troll, ass, etc. OP is neither a troll or ass thanks to the clearly displayed and obvious reasons that we can see in that screenshot. Reddit is just one of many shitty places containing shitty people that you, I, OP and others can't immediately detect all the time. So, in actuality, the "ass" label belongs to the mod(s) that wrongfully banned OP.
