UPDATE: After I reported him, the admins banned him and locked the sub. A friend of mine requested it and we are now both mods to the group! I also see that YouTube removed his video.

The mod used a scanner to eavesdrop on a neighbor's cordless phone. Then he posted he video of it. This is illegal in most places in the US and makes scanner users look bad. I actually made my post calling him out on it before he was a mod. As soon as he became a mod (through /r/redditrequest), he took his revenge.
