Mohammad never said nonbelievers need to die. You probably either were told it wrong or misinterpreted it, like most islamic terrorists were. Jesus might not have said it, but if you look in the Old Testament, God explicitly told his people to commit genocide against the amalekites and several other races because they were non-believers.
